The Silversmith Hotel in Chicago was definitely one of our favorite hotels that we’ve ever been to. Parking was in an underground garage only a few blocks away. I really liked that we didn’t have to drag our bags a mile in the rainy wintry weather that day. Just two blocks off of Michigan Ave on Jewelers Row, it is super close to the Magnificent Mile! You know we love a good boutique hotel and honestly, this is one of the best!!

We stayed in one of the Deluxe King rooms and honestly, it was the comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, in a hotel! Also, they had a great hotel bar. The bar itself was round, but then there were little areas off the bar that were more private. We snuggled on one of the couches in one and watched some tv while we had a few drinks before we went out.

Each one of these areas had its own chandelier. They also had booths where I believe you could order food. We didn’t eat there, but the downstairs was just such a gorgeous area.

The staff was SO friendly at this hotel and it was just steps away from Millenium Park and the infamous Bean! We could not have asked for a better location. We walked everywhere, even though it was freezing!

This Chicago hotel was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever seen and had doormen that would open the door as you entered and left which gave it a luxury feel. We frequently commented on how much we loved this hotel and we cannot wait to stay there again! It looks exactly like the photos online which almost never happens!
