The Butterfly House is one of the top destinations for families in St. Louis! With over 42 different types of butterflies and a hatchery where they hatch butterflies, the Butterfly House is a St. Louis must-see!
One of the things they tell you is to be careful when you walk through so you don’t step on any of the butterflies. They land on the pathway A LOT.
When you enter and exit the area where the butterflies live, there is a checkpoint with a mirror. This way, they can get those little fellas back into their home in case they light on you!
Isn’t this one gorgeous?! Those colors and that pattern are just amazing. Since I visited the Conservatory in early spring, none of the outdoor plants or butterflies were around yet. This just means I have to go back some time, right?!
